Wilderness Cabin Stay

Enjoy an exclusive stay right in Monkman Provincial Park. Situated less than three kilometres from Kinuseo Falls, and right next to the Rocky Mountains, it is the perfect gateway destination. 

The Cabin

Our cabin can fit up to five people with a queen bed in the loft, a fold-out futon downstairs, and a cot that can be supplied if necessary. We supply firewood for the wood stove heater (and the firepit outside) and a generator with gas for power. Inside is a table and chairs, a Coleman stove, and cooking equipment for cooking indoors.

The Cookshack

Your stay comes with access to our handbuilt cookshack specifically designed to enhance your stay. It is fully stocked with a bar, BBQs (a Pit Boss Smoker BBQ, a regular BBQ and a two-burner stove), pots and pans, and all your cooking utensils. We also supply 40L of potable water.

Regular Stay

$250/n (we require a min. 2 night stay)

For every stay you book with us, you get guided to and from the cabin by one of our guides who will introduce you to the land, and everything you need to know for a stay with us.

Extras

Starlink $25/n

Bedding $25/stay

For an additional cost, we can supply Starlink Wi-fi service, and bedding

All-Season Package Deals

Snowmobile Family Package

$1250 for 2 nights (you save $600 on snowmobiles, and also on transportation fees)

This package comes with 2 600cc 2-up wide track snowmobiles, with transport for the sleds by us to and from the trailhead, and 2 nights at the cabin. (extras not included). 

Kayaking Package

$600 for 2 nights (you save $100 on kayak rentals)

This package comes with 2 single-capacity kayaks (can be exchanged for a dual-capacity canoe), and 2 nights at the cabin. (extras not included)

Gear Add-Ons

Avalanche Gear $50/p 

Snowshoes $20/p

​Helmets $20/p

Pay for just one day's rental on any set of gear when you are already paying for a cabin rental.

(Avalanche gear includes: 1 carrying backpack (not a parachute pack), 1 probe, 1 shovel, and 1 receiver)

What to See

Kinuseo Falls is less than 3 kilometres away, and there is a hiking trail near the cabin that leads to the viewpoint. Its a site to see in winter and in summer,​

The Stone Coral and Serpent Lake aren't far if you want to do some kayaking in the summer and Stone Coral also provides some nice hiking​

If you are snowmobiling, you can head outside the park on the bulley creek road to find a number of good sledding destinations
