General Trip Itinerary ~ 4 hours

Meet at Our Shop

Our tour typically starts at 10 am from our shop in Tumbler Ridge so that we can get forms signed, and go over our checklist to make sure everyone has the gear they need. We will then drive out to the trailhead (approx. 10 min drive)

To the Seeps

Once we arrive at the trailhead, we'll get our snowshoes on and set out. Our trail goes directly up Babcock Creek for 4.25 km and seeps start to appear at around the (?) km mark and last for (?) km. It's a nice easy snowshoe the whole way. We provide hot chocolate on all of our winter tours, so we'll take a break once we reach the end of the seeps to enjoy some

Head Back

After our hot chocolate, we'll head back the 4.25 km to the trucks, passing by the seeps once again which gives you another opportunity to take pictures and enjoy the views. Then we'll say goodbye at the trucks and look forward to our next adventure together.

Home to the Throne of Ice!

In 2019, HBO contacted us looking to place 1 of 6 thrones in the"Quest #ForTheThrone" in Tumbler Ridge for the promotion of Season 8 of Game of Thrones. It was run like a scavenger hunt, where fans had to hunt for thrones in international locations using hints and clues from HBO. We had the delight of working closely with HBO for this event, so we can point out its exact original location.
